The intent of this housing is to provide an integrated learning and living space for students who are in the early stages of their academic programs and are currently enrolled in STEM learning communities. A $433 million one-time investment will fund new academic facilities, building renovations, upgrades to lab spaces, technology throughout the curriculum, expanded broadband, investments in renewable energy research capacity, and more. This designation will allow us to provide access to the education that students and employers alike are seeking.
